Briana will be joining the Falcon New Jersey team as the Vice President of Strategic Planning. She brings with her a decade of experience managing and leading engineers with particular emphasis on MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) teams. As the Vice President of Strategic Planning, Briana intends to bring her experience in cultivating relationships to strengthen the engineering divisions’ national presence. She plans to provide executive oversight to large engineering projects to ensure client success on timeline, budget, and full building life cycle thinking. She will be involved in numerous organizational facets from hiring to project management, as well as new client business development.
Briana has both an undergraduate and master’s degree in Business Communication from Rider University, as well as a second master’s in Executive Business Administration (MBA) from Villanova University; all completed with honors and distinction.
